个人简介

李毅1992-05,博士,副教授,山西运城人,中共党员。主讲课程为《微生物学》、《应用微生物》和《环境生物学》目前主要从事环境微生物系统学及生态学研究。通过宏基因组学、全基因组学、培养组学以及微流控分选技术研究环境微生物多样性、基因组进化及其生态适应机制,重点挖掘环境微生物菌株资源以及探究抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)的赋存特征与迁移机制。在Environmental MicrobiologyScience of the Total EnvironmentFrontiers in MicrobiologyInternational Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary MicrobiologyScientific ReportsMarine Genomics、微生物学报、生物多样性等期刊上发表论文30篇。

一、细菌分离培养技术与系统学

探索微生物培养组学技术,借助于可培养方法与微流控分选方法挖掘新型菌株(图1,在菌株水平对环境微生物进行功能特性与生态适应机制研究,为深入认识环境微生物生理生化特征及生态功能提供了菌株资源,并将其作为物种库与功能基因库进行资源开发和应用。
