李毅 副教授

个人简介

李毅(1992-05),博士,副教授,山西运城人,中共党员。主讲课程为《微生物学》、《应用微生物》和《环境生物学》。目前主要从事环境微生物分子生态学研究。通过宏基因组学、全基因组学以及培养组学技术研究环境微生物多样性、基因组进化及其生态适应机制,重点研究环境微生物资源的分类以及抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)的赋存特征与迁移机制。在Environmental Microbiology、Science of the Total Environment、Frontiers in Microbiology、International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology、Scientific Reports、Marine Genomics、微生物学报、生物多样性等期刊上发表论文20余篇。

目前研究方向

1.环境微生物的资源分类与功能鉴定

探索微生物培养组学技术,借助于可培养方法挖掘新型菌株(图1),在菌株水平对环境微生物进行功能特性与生态适应机制研究,为深入认识环境微生物生理生化特征及生态功能提供了菌株资源,并将其作为物种库与功能基因库进行资源开发和应用。

2.环境抗生素抗性基因的赋存特征与迁移机制

基于宏基因组测序技术,研究河流以及极端地区抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)的分布、传播、扩散与持久性残留等环境行为及其影响因素(图2)。
