卢德芬,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师。讲授《动物生理学》课程。课题组立足于天然免疫,神经系统信号转导和致病微生物与宿主互作等人类大健康方面,综合利用生物物理学,细胞生物学,生物化学等手段,为病毒和病原菌感染中新靶点的发现,抗病原感染和肿瘤免疫治疗提供重要的理论基础。 研究成果以第一作者或通讯作者发表在Nature, Nature communication, Molecular cell, EMBO reports, Structure等杂志上。实验室研究方向,以天然免疫为主线,包括但不限于:

固有免疫cGAS-STING信号通路分子机制研究;

STING蛋白激动剂与抑制剂筛选;

天然免疫激动剂和新型疫苗佐剂的研发;

植物免疫受体与配体相互作用机制研究;

致病微生物与宿主互作机制研究。
